During registration, parents or guardians will complete the required waiver and media release forms. Participants will also receive their camp T-shirts along with important camp information.
This camp is designed to provide a safe, structured, and positive environment for every athlete. All participants are expected to arrive prepared, focused, and respectful. Proper attire is required—each athlete must bring football cleats and a pair of athletic training shoes in case weather conditions require us to move indoors to the gymnasium. It is also important that every child arrives well-hydrated and ready to participate.
Horseplay, disruptive behavior, or the use of profanity will not be tolerated at any time, as maintaining a respectful and encouraging atmosphere is a top priority.
A signed waiver is required for participation. The media release form allows parents or guardians to choose whether their child may appear in photos or media coverage.
If your child requires an inhaler or any medication, please bring it to camp and notify Terry Adams of any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries that may affect participation.
For safety purposes, parents or guardians are required to remain on-site throughout the duration of the camp in case of emergency. Parents must remain behind the designated fence line, as no spectators are permitted on the field.
All participants are expected to follow camp rules at all times.
A complimentary meal will be provided for all participants at the conclusion of camp.
